What is float loading? ( for dummies)

Can someone please give me a sple example/explanation?
Researching on a bit of allen doyle someone suggested he generated power by float loading the backswing.

Backswing Loading Options

There always seems to be confusion about loading… First, for clarification, you have the four types of loading on the backswing. (cocking the wrists) Sweep, set the hands as fast as possible Random sweep, gradually cock the wrists on the backswing. Snap, Delay the wrist cock until the very end of the backswing. Float loading is simply holding the wrist cocking until the top of the swing (roughly). Think Jon Rahm, Sergio, Brad Hughes, etc. It feels like you cock them as you transition to the downswing…“pull the chain”.

It does produce more power if you have guns at the bottom to uncock fast enough.
