Mirror Training Videos

Hi Guys. Long time member here - I think I did Mod 1 about 10 years ago!

I’ve been playing around with videos that are mirrored to practice the swing in the mirror. The view you see in the mirror is reversed i.e. a left-handed golfer. Most of the videos online
are the other way around!

I decided to put these online recently as they have helped me a lot, so I thought I’d post them here as well.

This is great stuff and I will be adding it to my lesson tee for my clients. Can you share more details on how you accomplished this mirror effect ?

Cheers. Using video editing software to reverse the view.

I’ve had some success using my golf simulator projector to display the reversed video on the wall next to a full-length mirror. You can then practice in real time and see the video and exactly what you are doing in comparison.

Thank you I tried it yesterday with a client showing hom his own swing in reverse and he was blown away.
