$50 plus shipping. Located in park city, utah. Great club. Clearing out some space after 3+ years hitting vintage ABS. Too many clubs!
Hi, I am interested in this. Do you know if this is a 1950s error? Any other details you can share? Thanks.
It was produced most likely in the early 50s (specifically 1951-1952). The “653” series was a staple of MacGregor’s premium line during this era. The “T” in the model number 653T stands for taper for shaft tip or “tour” version with a slightly more aggressive face setup. I’m not sure. The shaft is newer from 80s? Oil Hardened stamp means it was soaked in oil to make it more durable and resistant to moisture. Playable and solid like new at a great price.
I’ll take it. I sent you a message. Thanks.
Driver is sold! Thanks Patrick and good luck with ABS journey!!! Shipping prices seem to have gone way up! $64 at Fedex and finally $44.20 at USPS for one club!!
