I start Bradley’s drill series two weeks ago. 75 - 100 reps a day using canvas bag stuffed with carpet. I chalk it up to just conditioning the unconditioned muscles.

I start Bradley’s drill series two weeks ago. 75 - 100 reps a day using canvas bag stuffed with carpet. I chalk it up to just conditioning the unconditioned muscles.
Probably trying to move the club by twirling the torso and the hips spinning backwards.
Better to do things slower initially to get the form right and build a bit of strength in the right areas before wanting to power the club.
Speed comes from good form evolving into strength
Thanks, I’ll go slower. And doing more reps with just left arm should not make my right hip sore.
