Good example of hitting?

I was looking up Henry Picard on you tube and came across this fellow. He has a very nice swing and appears to be using a hitting method.

What do you guys think?

Yes, it is very good… he’s a fine striker and no stranger to ABS either.

He has ABS written all over him–the takeaway, the shoulder turn, the release. Great post-impact move.
