Yeah I really like those green banded rocket shafts. They are sweeeeet!!! Way better than the garbage they make nowadays.

I think I seen a post somewhere and I’m wondering what the Red and Silver labelled shafts are in the MacGregor REG. M-85 irons. There is a Diamond around the R on the label.? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, the Red and Silver shaft label True Temper Tourney.
Some of these 1950s shafts are so short. Is the best way to play them and preserve the quality of the shaft with butt extensions?

A little different. More steps in the Pro-Pel 1.
The Pro-Pel 1 and 2 are actually the same shafts.. but just stepped stiffer into the #1. You could buy a set of #2’s …. pull the shafts and tip them an inch or so.. then put them back in with new grip extenders. A lot of work though… but 'I’ve done it.
