Took the dive yesterday and took the big-headed driver out of the bag and left it in the truck. Can’t say I hit the Hogan driver perfect all day. Hit one OB but the rest were in play.
The last hole is a slight uphill shot with a sloping fairway left to right and a left to right wind. When I started to rotate at the top of the backswing, I felt the club slot and I just tried to pivot as hard as I could. Felt like I hit it well as the ball flew straight as an arrow. Went to the spot on the fairway where the ball would be about 220-yard drive and couldn’t find it. (hadn’t hit it past 220 all day) Not to mention the course was wet from rain in the morning so nothing was running out.
To my surprise I found the ball had gone 260 yards on the right side of fairway!
I am sold on this club now. Big headed driver out of the bag for good now.
