I have always wanted a Texan…I really can’t afford my collecting habit anymore, but I found this jewel at a very nice price, in real good shape, with the added bonus of the original S300 shaft.
The boys at the club are used to me showing up with various oldies, so this was really fun!!
We all hit this beauty many times (I keep a couple hundred old balatas in the car for such an occasion)
I swear—ALL of us loved the club

Thanks Freddie, it is indeed my favorite persimmon, from both a looks AND playing point of view…

If I ever quit golf, I will just hang it on the wall and look at it! :smiley:
