A 460 driver actually has a smaller sweet-spot ( no roll point ) than those smaller persimmons. The 460 has a LARGER EFFECTIVE HITTING AREA but a SMALLER SWEET SPOT. It takes skill to find it!
The smaller heads on those persimmons have a smaller effective hitting area, but is nearly all sweet spot- but not quite.
That’s why one would grab the hammer…you don’t have to worry about hitting the sweet spot.
