Rotation through the ball

I’ve been working on post impact quite a bit lately, one thing I realized I’ve been decelerating through post impact and beyond judging by my use of muscles I’ve never used before… Is it normal to have the shoulders rotate a full 270 degrees to where the right shoulder faces the target line at the finish? It’s just where my body takes me…

Depends upon the cohesive tension and pressures within the body. Given a strong presence, the more shoulder rotation post impact the better… not necessarily the case of the hips or feet.

Thank you kind sir… Cheers.
