Thanks for sharing! Which thumb is Thomson referring to, the left or right?

I am assuming this is the left thumb… so we teach here to start with a long thumb vs short left thumb which is typically taught. Greater range of motion this way.

Yes, Peter was talking about the left thumb. And yes, the number of ‘secrets’ keeps on growing :smile:

Very much in the Hogan methodology. If I remember right, he drove the ball mostly with a 2 wood. I think an advantage for working the ball right to left off the tee. I carry a two wood for this reason as well.
