On one hand, I agree it’s not a great looking position and looks hard on the body. On the other hand, he’s 10x better than I’ll ever be and can beat 99.999% of people on the planet.
A pretty golf swing isn’t everything.

Bobby Jones would struggle in today’s modern golf most likely. A lot of the golfers from the past could not play today’s game and vice versa with todays golfer playing classic golf. In reality there would most likely be about 33% that could play in all eras. I think some of the greats from the past would struggle if they were time warped into todays golf and likewise with todays modern golfer being time warped into the 1940s to play.
